Investing in Innovation

We are raising capital for EcoEnterprises Fund II ("EcoE II”), which is structured as a 10-year, closed-end fund.  We are seeking to raise $30 million in capital with an initial closing of $20 million.  Target net return is 11 percent per annum.  Lead investors are sought for commitments of $5 million.  Investment by individual accredited investors, foundations, or other institutions is welcome, with a minimum commitment of $250,000.  Investments of other amounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

A limited amount of grant funding will also be raised to provide value-added services to portfolio companies.
